TWB Shipyard: Recognition for quality and custom designs The TWB Shipyard, located in Navegantes, Santa Catarina State, is recognized by the construction of vessels customized, appropriate to the needs of clients and especially for the quality of work in aluminum shipbuilding. The shipyard represents the projects of the Australian Sea Transport Solutions in Latin America since the construction of the Fast Ferry Ivete Sangalo in 2008 – the only ferry dual fuel (diesel / gas) made of aluminum in Brazil. It has structure for the construction of offshore vessels of medium size, both in aluminum and in steel shipbuilding. Its technical staff is recognized as professionals in the market and is able to develop, all along the process, a wide range of marine projects. The Shipyard has the TWB tradition of training in specific labors for shipbuilding, mostly for the welding aluminum. A continuous training enables new and experimented professionals to maintain and provide high quality services. Structure: Installed in Navegantes, State of Santa Catarina, on the river Itajaí-Açu, the Shipyard has an area of more than 70 000 meters squared. The slipway has a capacity of 1800 tons, allowing vessels of up to 75 meters of length and 16 meters of width. In 2007, the shipyard invested in another bridge crane for its operations in the assembly line. This equipment has a lifting capacity up to 20 tons.

Quality of Transportation and quality of life for Baianos The TWB Bahia SA, company controlled by TWB SA, is the operator of the Ferry Boat System of the Bahia State. In 2008, TWB Bahia SA carried more than 4.2 million passengers and 600 000 vehicles, which represents a growth of 10% compared to 2007. TWB Bahia manages and maintains a fleet of seven ferries, with capacities ranging from 550 to 1 000 people per ride, and 55 to 92 vehicles per ride. Since 2006, when the concession was signed for 25 years (renewable for extra 25 years), the company has invested more than $ 60 million modernize the system. TWB Bahia is the only company in Brazil to use the Fast Ferry - the fast ferry Ivete Sangalo. Mining Project - Brazil providing Lithothamnium for the world Along of the Brazilian coast, we can find the largest source of calcareous algae (Lithothamnium) of the world .They offer more calcium carbonate than any other source available on earth. Without take into consideration the petrol, the use of Lithothamnium and the others marine mineral resources have always been not representative about an economic point of view. During the last three years, TWB Mining developed the technology to reverse the situation and make Brazil a major producer of Lithothamnium. In partnership with major universities and research institutes in Brazil, TWB identified several uses for the product, such as application in agriculture, animal nutrition, pharmaceutical industry… Granulado Bioclástico The GB, made of Lithothamnium, is the product offered by TWB Mining used as a natural fertilizer for agriculture and other applications. .
